Persona 5 Royal has updated the infiltration tools a bit when compared to the original Persona 5. They all might now cost different crafting materials and more. The infiltration tool system in Persona 5 Royal has been altered in several ways:
- The materials that each infiltration tool may require to craft it has been changed. This change is not applicable to all infiltration tools but some of them.
- If the protagonist reads the book ABCs of Crafting, the number of times his Proficiency stat allows him to craft will be doubled.
